From ‘Application to Realization’ Volkert’s experience in planning and managing HUD Projects will be put to the test on our latest Public Housing Project.  The Hope VI Revitalization project now underway at Central Plaza Towers for the Mobile Housing Board (MHB) will be challenging.

Volkert will serve as the Housing Board’s representative in all phases of the design and construction program.  This program will include enhanced renovations on 60 of the 500+ units, converting three floors of the center building to a 40-unit Assisted Living Facility, adding commercial and community service spaces, and generous site improvements.

Volkert provides full service, and is the “Single Point of Contact” for project information & accountability as well as the resolution of ongoing issues related to the planning, programming, design and construction of the project.  In managing any project of this type and scope, it is the goal of Volkert & Associates, Inc., to provide professional leadership which will:
