Traffic Studies 

The traffic engineering and transportation planning capabilities of Volkert, Inc., ranges from simple circulation studies to studying corridor traffic systems.  Our projects have included freeway analysis, roadway and highway planning and analysis, origin and destination studies, parking studies, pedestrian studies, intersection analysis, and signalization analysis on arterial and network systems as well as isolated intersections.  These projects have been performed for state highway departments, municipalities, metropolitan planning commissions, regional planning commissions, and developers.
